1. How do I submit a video?
It's easy! When you have decided on your video(s), head over to our Submission Page. From the Submission Page you can choose between uploading your video to our server, or provide a link to host your video. Oh, and make sure to keep those video under two (2) minutes.

2. Can I submit more than one video?
Absolutely! We encourage you to submit as many videos as you wish. All we ask is that each video you enter is unique in its own way, and has not already been posted to our site by any other entrant.

3. How long can my videos be?
Your video entries can be up to 120 seconds (2 minutes) in length.

4. Must my video be considered appropriate for all ages?
Yes. This website was created for the purposes of family entertainment. Upon submission, Are You Kidding INC. has the right to refuse the sharing of video content considered inappropriate.

5. Can I submit videos I have seen on You Tube?
You may submit footage taken from You Tube only on the condition that you obtain the rights and/or ownership of the video. The videos submitted should be original works. In addition, any submitted video must not infringe on any person(s) or entity's rights. Finally, permission must be obtained from those starring in your video. By entering, you also represent and warrant that your submission of the idea will not violate any enforceable agreements or understandings you may have with a third party.

6. May I use copyrighted material in my video?
Unfortunately, the submission of material that you do not own, or have the rights and permission to use is against the law. We implore you to be cautious about copyright infringement when dealing with video footage, music, artwork, and/or photography.

7. When is the deadline to submit my video for a contest?
We want to make sure that every video has ample time to be viewed and rated. Therefore, all videos submitted two weeks prior to any announced contest will be eligible. Videos submitted after the two week notice will be considered eligible for the following contest.

8. When are the winners announced?
Judging begins on the 15th of each Quarter and the winner will be announced on the 30th of each Quarter (ie. June contest judging begins on June 15th and the winner will be announced on June 30th.) We will contact our winner shortly after via email, and announce both our finalists and winner on our website.

9. What do you do about Errors and Inaccuracies?
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after a video/snapshot has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.
